Meetings are held downstairs in the conferance room.

Meetings will be held on the third wednesday of each month at 7:10 pm.
If the meeting day shall fall on a legal holiday, it shall be the Recording Secretary's duty to inform the attending members one meeting in advance so that action may be taken before the change of date.
